Welcome to the Clare Pharmacy Website
We offer NHS services which are free and have been designed to help you get the best possible care when you need it.
We can help you with your mediation if it is new with the New Medicine Service or help you understand all about the medication you are taking now with a Medicine Use Review (MUR). The chats help you understand about your medication, what it does, how to get the best out of it and if you have any problems with them we can discuss this and help with alternatives to make your life easier.
We are always trying to make it easier for you to manage your medication. So that you know when it is ready at the pharmacy we can send you a Text Message (SMS) to a mobile phone or a Voice Message to your home phone. It will leave a message on your answer phone if your out. It’s simple and FREE. If you would like to sign up, please just ask a member of staff and complete the form.
If you get your medication from us we can help you understand all about the tablets you are taking. This service differs from the review you doctor does once a year. We will go through your medication explaining how it works in relation of you, how to get the best from the medication. If you feel you are having problems with your medication then this is an ideal opportunity for us to help you resolve them.
So you know when your prescription is ready we can send you a text message or a voice message to either a mobile or landline to let you know your prescription is ready. It’s free! All you have to do is complete the form and sign it and we can help you avoid any unnecessary phone calls or visits.
This year we will be offering NHS & Private Flu Vaccinations in our pharmacy. For more information about who is eligable for a NHS vaccination please click the here. If you would like to book an appointment please call the pharmacy on 01787 277315.
NHS Patient Survey
If you use Clare Pharmacy we would love you to complete this survey so we can see how we are doing. It is completely confidential and the result will be posted on NHS Choices and our website. We love to here when we get it right as well as learning when we don’t meet your expectations. Thank You.
