Covid-19 Delivery Service
The NHS does not fund a delivery service. We have therefore been working with our local Parish and Town Councils, Volunteers and my team to make sure that we can offer a delivery service that covers the majority of the areas our patients live.
What we are doing:-
We now have a deliver service that covers the following:-
- Stoke by Clare
- Belchamp St Paul & Otten
We are always happy to have more volunteers so please get in contact with us if you are able to help.
If you are able to make it to the pharmacy please do so. If you are able to make it to the pharmacy but don’t want to come in as you are limiting your contact them please take advantage of our Pick Up Point.
If you need support for deliveries then please contact your local Parish/Town council. They are ALL very organised (as I have found out). If you are unable to get in contact with them we will be able to help or organise a delivery. Please note that there is always a lead time to getting deliveries completed. The is usually 2-3 days from when we receive the prescriptions. This is to allow us to group areas together and reduce the number of trips for the Volunteers and my staff. Where possible it is important to order all your medication in one request to again reduce the workload for the deliveries. These deliveries are FREE, except for the ‘thank you’ too the volunteer.
