We are always trying to make life a little easier for you.  To avoid those phone call so see if you prescription is in or the wasted journey to the pharmacy only to find your prescription hasn’t been sent from the surgery when you expected it to be we are are able to let you know that your prescription is ready for collection.

The system will send you a message once your prescription is ready:-

• Text message to your mobile phone

or

• Voice message to a landline which will leave a message on your answer phone if you have one.

This is a free service to make your life a little easier.

All you have to do is fill in the form below and return it to us.  We will then set it up for you, so that you know your prescription is ready to collect.
